This is a group coaching program. There are no one on one sessions included in this program.

The service provided to the MEMBER by the CONSULTANT is coaching, as designed jointly with the MEMBER. Payment is due prior to the first CONSULTANT meeting and no refund is available on any of the tuition paid.

The MEMBER understands that the program is not financial or legal advice, naturopathic medicine, medical advice, psychotherapy or counseling. The MEMBER enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. We do not guarantee any results.

Live calls are not an official part of the program. If they are offered as a bonus please understand the following.

Throughout our coaching partnership, the CONSULTANT will engage in very direct and personal conversations with the MEMBER, which will include asking explicit questions and making direct requests.

The purpose of these interactions is to remind the MEMBER of his/her own intentions and CONSULTANT him/her to realize them. In order for our coaching partnership to achieve the maximum result, the CONSULTANT asks that the MEMBER agree to the following:

Please make all appointments and calls on time.

.

Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that our sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.

Coaching calls/facilitation and Q&A sessions may involve group participation, and will be recorded at the discretion of the CONSULTANT. By participating in the session, you consent to being recorded and having the recordings shared by the CONSULTANT. The recordings may not be copied, shared or distributed by the MEMBER. If you wish to remain anonymous, please discuss this with the CONSULTANT.

Make a commitment to completing all of your assignments and to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.

Understand that the power of the coaching partnership can only be granted by you, and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that the coaching is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the partnership.

Coaching and program fees are collected prior to beginning the coaching/facilitation program. If you are on a payment plan, you commit to making all payments regardless of whether you attend all sessions or not. Due to the nature of the Program there are no refunds for any component regardless of whether you attend the sessions or not. All funds will be deemed earned by CONSULTANT as soon as they are received by the CONSULTANT.

I agree to receive all forms of communication including email, phone, text, print and web from the Serenity Iris LLC and team. I understand that the communication may not be secure or completely confidential.
