There are no planned  live coaching sessions or one on one sessions included in this program.

All material is recorded so that it can be enjoyed at your convenience.

By participating in the session, you consent to being recorded and having the recordings shared by the CONSULTANT. The recordings may not be copied, shared or distributed by the MEMBER. Due to the nature of the Program you cannot receive a refund for a Program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Relaxation 101 is a 10-week experiential guided mindfulness program that you can use to help make relaxation a daily power discipline.

You will have immediate access to the materials and can go through it as quickly as you like, and you will have access to it for 6 months. 

I show you relaxation techniques AND also guide you on how to implement them in your life. The point is to actually use the techniques regularly so that they become positive habits.

I also know that you are probably really busy, so I've deliberately kept the materials to-the-point and easy to use so that you can get through everything quickly.

The time that you invest in being mindful will allow you to be more focussed and productive, ultimately saving you time.
