In today's episode, as part of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Energies series, we are looking at how you can avoid burnout so that you can really start enjoying life and really loving life again, or even more.
So did you know that within each of us are the divine feminine and divine masculine energies?
And finding that right balance for you within yourself is super important.
In our culture, it's really encouraged and we've been programmed to believe that to achieve certain levels of success, especially financial and business success, you have got to be super hardworking and really get into massive action.
And there's a lot of more typically masculine energy qualities that are really encouraged. And it's not that they only belong to men, but both men and women have masculine energies within each and every one of us. It's to varying degrees though.
And because of our physiology and our hormonal systems, we want to be aware of and mindful of when we're tapping into either the masculine or when we're tapping into the divine feminine and how that plays out within our bodies, our physiology, the actions we take, the mindsets that we have, and how it has this direct impact on our health and wellbeing.
This is super fascinating to me because I really love going for the natural holistic options. I don't really prefer taking things like pharmaceuticals from the outside if it's at all possible.
And most of the time it really is totally possible. And not only that, it's much more effective because we have this internal pharmacy within us that makes so many of what the pharmaceutical companies are trying to replicate.
You know, they do the best with the resources they have, but we have this genius system within every single one of us that when we know how to turn on certain gene function or physiological aspects within us, it just produces potentially a positive cascade of beneficial chemicals or hormones within us.
Isn't that amazing?
And of course, you know, there are stress hormones and things that can also be produced as well, so we wanna be aware of and mindful of that.
So let's get into an example of how someone with more of a female physiology might end up going straight to burnout. And I'll cover the male as well. So stay tuned.
When a woman is really dominant in her masculine energies, which is being super focused and driven and working within a structure and thinking analytically operating in very linear ways, these are all more masculine qualities, divine masculine qualities that can be quite amazing and productive and beautiful, but it's at the expense of not having balance of the rest and rejuvenation of the flow and maybe tapping into non-linear ways of getting things done.
Or maybe it's more about the attraction rather than, you know, go and hunt and get that deal. How about attracting and drawing it closer? Connecting, relating, sharing at the emotional level.
Whenever we feel and connect with our emotions, we are tapping into our divine feminine. So, of course, both men and women have emotions, that's for sure. And it's about the proper balance for each and every one of us.
And you'll know it because if you're starting to feel stressed out, let's say as a woman and you're a business owner and you recognize that you haven't had as much self-care and downtime, maybe time to connect with loved ones, time to air things out, talk things through, which are all more on the feminine, divine feminine side of things.
It might be really exhausting to, put up a front to act stronger than maybe you're feeling when actually a release and connecting with the emotions will then help you to refresh and restart and then you're good again and you can tap back into the divine masculine.
So there are activities and states of being that you can actually tap into to recharge. So tapping into more of the divine feminine activities, you know, connecting, talking things through, connecting with others, sharing emotions, getting that physical massage to relax or maybe even moving your body dancing, those can be very positive things for your, your feminine spirit and also your physiology when it comes to your internal hormonal system.
So let's look at the divine masculine.
So the man who might be experiencing stress that's leading to burnout, let's say they are really hard-driving and focused and uh, really able to tackle on difficult things.
Those are all very divine masculine qualities, and you're also maybe part of a beautiful relationship and have a family, and you're really tapping into the more emotional side of you. So instead of women who recharge by connecting with friends and airing out feelings, when men do that, it actually taps into their divine feminine.
And there's definitely a time and a space for that. But if it's off balance and there's maybe too much of that expressing any kind of emotion, by the way, so could be the anger, sadness, joy, love, any of those emotions if they're over expressed, tap into more of the, the feminine and feminine hormones within men.
So those would be triggering. The estrogen are actually more stress-inducing. So we want someone who's male in physiology to be tapping into developing more of their testosterone, which can come from, you know, that typical cave time where they're processing things or solving problems and coming up with solutions for themselves.
They're more independent, they trust and lean on themselves. Uh, they kind of do the hard thing. So it could be the workout or getting that job done that can build up testosterone that actually builds up testosterone in both men and women. And in men, testosterone is a stress-reducing hormone.
So we wanna make sure that balance is much more weighted in favor of testosterone, so that then, you know, the chances of going to burnout are lower.
See, women, business owners can tap into the divine masculine, get into those activities, do the hard things, and they're super amazing and competent with that.
And also, if we don't balance it with more female-producing hormone activities, like just really connecting with our emotions, that feeling that we can count on others and that we can depend on others for support, whether it's physical support, maybe help run the house, or that emotional support and that love and affection and attention, to build up the estrogen.
Again, it can lead to burnout because the testosterone is too high in that balance.
Isn't that fascinating?
I find it super fascinating. So we wanna be aware of these balances within each and every one of us. Our unique set of balances is super important.
So for me, I definitely have a strong divine masculine side where I love to get things done and it feels really great. And I know when I'm kind of tipping the balance and it's like too much because it's almost like I get into this, pattern of doing and doing and doing and feel like, oh my gosh, okay, when's that time to take that breath? When's that time to really reflect and feel into things?
When's that time to express and verbally share my thoughts and feelings with someone who cares about me? And if I don't have enough of that to balance it out, it can, you know, it can feel kind of stressful or it can feel overwhelming.
So we wanna recognize that. And I also know that when I'm in my divine feminine I just love the quality and the divine feminine side of me.
And I really tap into that when I'm, you know, sharing with friends or connecting with my kids or my partner and just feeling that beautiful flow and that intuitive side of me.
And then that can be off balance if I'm too much in that side and I'm not tapping into my divine masculine where I'm just really focused and driven and tackling difficult things and getting into massive action. You know, it's not just about taking action. It's about getting into massive action.
So let me know in the comments, which side do you feel that you tend to lean into? Do you tend to be more divine masculine or do you tend to be more divine feminine?
And maybe there's, there's no, you know, preference or, a desire to go one way or the other. And you just really like feeling the balance. And, you know, I'm curious to know.
So leave me a comment and let's get this conversation going. I'm super curious and super interested in, in understanding you guys. And maybe you guys will help me understand more of myself because I'm always growing and evolving as well.
Okay, I'll see you guys in the next video. Bye for now.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other requests or if there's anything else I can help you with!
